Take the Sagamore Bridge over the Cape Cod Canal and follow the mid-Cape Highway (Route 6) to exit 9A at Route 134. Turn right onto Route 134 and continue to Route 28. Turn left on 28, and go about 1 mile to Depot Street on the right. Follow Depot Street to the water and Old Wharf Road will be on your right. Go right on Old Wharf Road; Colony Beach is immediately on your left.

RESERVATIONS: A deposit of one day’s charge for reservations 3 days or less; two days charge for four days or more; the balance is due at check-in. We accept VISA or MC, or check if received 10 days in advance. SORRY, NO CHECKS WILL BE ACCEPTED AT CHECK-IN!!

CANCELLATIONS: Refunds will be made when cancellation notice is given 10 days prior to arrival; however there is a $30.00 cancellation fee. If you leave before your reservation has expired, a refund will be made only if the room has been rented for the same period of time that is remaining. If your payment or deposit was made by credit card we will refund you on the same card. If your payment or deposit was paid in advance in cash or check, we will refund you by check within 30 days.

GENERAL INFORMATION: All rooms have refrigerators, hair dryers, cable color TV and direct dial telephones. Every room is individually heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. We also offer a heated outdoor swimming pool, private beach, beach towels, beach chairs, game room and continental breakfast. Off season May-June; Sept-Oct.

EFFICIENCY UNITS: 2 Double beds. Pull out sofa. Fully equipped kitchenette with microwave. Hair drier in the bathroom.

NON EFFICIENCY UNITS: (Newly renovated in 2008) 2 Rooms. 2 Twin beds. 1 Queen Bed. Small refrigerator. - Or - Living Room. Pull out sofa. Queen bed. Small refrigerator.
